             In the article titled “Smartphone in the Classroom? Let Students Decide,” David Gooblar contends that instructors should not unquestioningly ban of using personal technology in the classroom, but they should give a chance that students can discuss this topic and decide what is better by themselves. Gooblar mentions that students can easily improve their study skills by using mobile technology devices; therefore, allowing to use these devices will bring some advantages even though there are numerous controversies about using them in classroom. Moreover, Gooblar states that forbidding personal technology will lead to discrimination to some students with disabilities. No doubt the Earth is getting hot, and the effort to protect glacier in the North Pole is being needed more and more. Especially, climate change becomes a global issue, and it is severely threatening humanity and ecological environment. In other words, climate change has a great impact on surroundings, and it makes other critical problems.
